We read a newspaper about carnival. We were surprised at the news and understood 5 of Japan are who we are.
We’re happy to touch your warm heart and we are proud of you.

But, the day before few days, an accident happened. When we spend on weekend at keycalker, 2 of us met some lobbers. They stole our money, accessories, camera, phone and so on. Then JOCV(Japan Overseas Corporations Volunteers) Office gave us some rules. Ex.Don’t go to unknown area, don’t wear clothes people focus and many things. It’s a rule like a law.
Because lobbers aims Japanese as a target stolen in success. If we break the rules, we have to go back to Japan right now.

So, we would like to talk about below.

1) About joining (number of joiners, as a dancer or as a supporter).
2) About costume
3) About practicing (time, place)

We’re afraid what you said, but we would like to continue to join the carnival and keep in touch with you. Our hope we want to join the carnival is never changed.

この手紙でピンキーは、あなたたちを危険な目に遭わせたりしない、
私の友達であるあなたたちに手出しはさせない、と言って
連れ添ってくれました。

それから練習場に行って、さらにコスチュームにラメを入れたり
羽を加えたり、一つ一つ本番に向かって全身全霊の姿を見て、その衣装は着れない、とは
言えませんでした。

日本では考えられない露出の衣装で、JOCVのスタッフとしては
浴衣での出場も考えたのですが、3人はやはり地元の人と同じ衣装で出場することを
決めました。

残る2人は・・・説得しようとしたのですが、あまりに強盗事件のショックが大きく
どうしても踊り子になることはできない、でも少なくともサポーターとして
一緒に回ってくれることはできそうです。
